Nan Bus Station is located to the north east of the part of Nan town where most of the tourist attractions are located. There are motorbike taxis and regular Songthaews heading from town to the Bus Terminal.

At the Terminal, there is a small shop selling snacks and drinks, as well as toilets, at the other end of the waiting area to the main entrance to the Bus Terminal. There is no left luggage office or other facilities at Nan Bus Terminal.
The ticket offices at Nan Bus Terminal are inside the main terminal building by the main entrance to the station.
