Check-in
On the travel day, we chose to take a taxi to the Phraya Lom Office on Khao San Road around 6:30 PM to check in and choose our seats on the bus. Because if we arrive late, the seats will be reserved beforehand, leaving fewer options.
When checking in, the staff will provide one paper ticket (please keep it safe) along with an orange baggage tag, according to the number of bags and weight we have. This baggage tag will help the staff to separate them easily when sending passengers to their destinations along with their bags. Because this trip will involve sending passengers to three destinations in total : Koh Tao, Koh Phangan, and Koh Samui. If we don’t attach the baggage tag, we might get lost our bags.
